Hi, I’m Jaya.

I started J.E.D. Consulting after seeing how often good businesses struggled with clunky websites and confusing systems. I’ve worked as both a software developer and a business analyst, which means I care about the code and the people who have to live with whatever we build.

My background is in Software Engineering and business, and I’ve spent a lot of time inside real organizations — mapping processes, gathering requirements, and then actually building the solutions.

Now, through J.E.D. Consulting, I focus on three things: clear websites, practical automations, and CRMs that your team doesn’t secretly hate.
